Former WWE Star Joanie Laurer aka Chyna, Passed Away at 45

The following was posted on the official Twitter and facebook account of former WWE Women’s Champion Joanie “Chyna” Laurer, saying she has passed away at the age of 45.

Chyna’s manager confirmed the passing with Pro Wrestling Sheet and noted that she was found at home on Wednesday night. Sources close to the situation claim Chyna had been on medication for anxiety and sleep deprivation.

Chyna passed away on April 20th, the same day WWE Legend Rick Rude passed away on back in 1999. We will keep you updated on more information when it becomes available.
