Emma Successfully Undergoes Back Surgery

Emma has succesfully undergone back surgery. As previously noted, Emma was diagnosed with a ruptured disk in her back. She received the injury at the a WWE live event on Sunday, and went under the knife on Wednesday.

WWE has not released an official update on when she may be back but she's in good spirits and resting at home.

Emma tweeted the following tonight:

Thank you all so much again for the support and keeping me in your thoughts! Surgery went well today! Just resting up now! ??

Emma’s boyfriend, fellow WWE star Zack Ryder, made a post on his Instagram page about it, writing: “Flying to be wIth @emmalution as she is having surgery today. She worked so hard to get back on the main roster. I know she’ll be back again!”
