During a backstage meeting, SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan gathered the featured female Superstars to reveal they would represent SmackDown’s Women’s Team at this year’s Survivor Series, noting they needed to work together to make up for the brand’s defeat last year. He went on to book a Fatal Five match between them to determine which of them would be captain.
The match saw action plenty of action inside and outside of the ring, including from Lana who was roaming at ringside to distract Charlotte, allowing Tamina to land a Superkick.
Towards the end of the match, Carmella was able to take out Naomi by throwing her shoulder first to the ring post. She then turned her focused to Lynch, landing in a Super Kick for a two count. After refocusing, Lynch locked in the Dis-Arm-Her on Carmella, forcing her to tap out.
As seen on last night’s Monday Night Raw, Alicia Fox will be lead Raw’s Women’s Team at Survivor Series.
