In the interview, El Patron was asked when his fiancee Paige would be returning to WWE. As noted, Paige was cleared to return to action in September and has been training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
"She's getting ready [to return to WWE]," El Patron said. "She's in Orlando at the moment. She's been there for the last six weeks."
The former WWE Divas Champion has not wrestled since suffering a neck injury in June of 2016. Although she hasn't appeared on WWE television since her injury, she was still drafted to RAW and went on to suffer two Wellness policy suspensions during her hiatus. El Patron noted that she will be returning "pretty soon."
"It's going to happen pretty soon," El Patron said. "I cannot give you any more details because I will get her in trouble. They told her to lay low and not to talk too much about it.
"She's probably days away from going back to WWE and [doing] something in the ring."
El Patron was asked when he would be tying the knot with Paige. He noted that they are both busy right now, but "maybe next year," although they need to discuss it.
