Rosa Mendes Wrestling Training (Video), Santino Marella's Daughter Makes Her Wrestling Debut (Photos)

- Former WWE star Rosa Mendes, who is pursuing a career on the independent wrestling circuit, is making an effort to expand her moveset.

Here are videos of her practicing the crossbody maneuver at Santino Bros Wrestling Academy in Los Angeles, California last week.

- Bianca Carelli, who is the daughter of former WWE star Santino Marella, made her wrestling debut on Saturday in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada for Battle Arts Professional Wrestling.

Carelli won the Miss Teen Ontario-World pageant in 2013. She is now 22 years old (and turning 23 on June 29).

and here is a little shot from my first match ever! i wrestled in the tank top i got 18 years ago at my dads first match! after only two months of training i got thrown in head first into the ring.. lets see what the future brings!

In a tweet to his daughter, Marella told her to enjoy the adventure.

He also wrote the following on Instagram:

This past Saturday we had an open spot in the women’s match on our show, so my daughter jumped in last minute and had her debut match. Although she is not yet ready, she displayed some very positive attributes. She trains in London Ontario with Tyson Dux, when She returns from University hopefully I will have a chance to train her as well.
