Bayley and Becky Lynch Retain at Extreme Rules, Bayley Reacts (Video)
Both Becky Lynch and Bayley retained their respective championships at last night's WWE Extreme Rules event.

Bayley had to face both Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross in a 2-On-1 Handicap match. Bliss and Cross did a nice job throughout the first half of the match dominating the champ, but in the end, the scrappy Bayley retained her title by hitting an elbow from the top rope on Cross for the pin.

There was no dissension between Cross and Bliss as they comfort each other in the ring. Bayley stood on the stage at the top of the ramp holding her title up high.

It does appear that Bayley may be finished with Bliss and Cross in order to move on to a new opponent for SummerSlam. Bayley spoke in a backstage interview at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:

Speaking of Bayley's opponents at last night's PPV, Nikki Cross posted a photo of herself on Twitter ahead of tonight's WWE RAW show at the NYCB LIVE, Home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York.

"RAW tonight! don’t judge people on their past, judge them on how they treat you, in the present. No point ever looking back in the rear view mirror. We have to move forward."

Speaking of the RAW Women’s Championship, Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins had their titles on the line against Lacey Evans and Baron Corbin, in a Mixed Tag Team Winners Take All Extreme Rules match.

It had some good spots that included several weapons. Both teams used kendo sticks and steel chairs to their advantage. It was the power couple however that capitalized on the tables as they both put their opponents through tables by leaping off the second rope and the ring post.

There were times where both teams showed their dominance, but the end was written after Corbin hit the End of Days on Lynch. She rolled out of the ring and was laid out on the outside of the ring for the remainder of the match. This infuriated Rollins who went crazy with the kendo stick on his opponent. After executing several stomps, Rollins pins Corbin to retain his title and Lynch’s title.

Unfortunately for Rollins after the match, Brock Lesnar cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won the Universal Title. Becky Lynch, however, is still your RAW Women’s Champion.

Based off of the initial rules, Evans can no longer face Lynch for her title because she lost the match. As a result, just like Bayley, Lynch will have a new opponent for SummerSlam.

After the event went off the air, WWE posted this video of Becky Lynch supporting Seth Rollins. An emotional Rollins apologized to Lynch and the fans for letting them down by losing the WWE Universal Title to Brock Lesnar.
