R-Truth initially dropped the title to Drake Maverick, who then lost the title to WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson. Patterson then lost the title to WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco in a backstage segment.
Brisco then approached Kelly, who was all smiles until she turned on him to get the pin and the title.
Kelly Kelly then walked in the back and saw Candice Michelle to congratulate. Naomi and Melina were there too. Melina said she has her referee's license, when suddenly Candice with a knee and the pin on Kelly. Then, Alundra Blayze showed up and choked out Candice to become the new 24/7 Champion. Blayze said she will not be champion for long.
Minutes after, Alundra Blayze made her way out to the announce table with the 24/7 Title and pulled out a trash can, ready to throuw the belt in. Ted DiBiase interrupts and said before she does something she will regret, he will buy the 24/7 title because everyone has a price for the Million Dollar Man. Ted met Alundra's price and he get the 24/7 Championship!
